Financial barriers—ranging from tuition fees to the cost of basic school supplies—force countless capable students to abandon their education prematurely, robbing them of their fundamental right to learn and limiting their future potential.

RCA's Core Education Program removes these financial barriers by supplying full academic scholarships, uniforms, specialized textbooks, and daily nutritional meals. Beyond financial support, we implement rigorous after-school tutoring and continuous academic tracking, ensuring every child not only stays in school but excels scholastically.
